By the end of this unit, students will have consolidated the following repertoires of practice:

• 1.01 Applying the techniques and procedures of financial mathematics to budgeting.
• 1.02 Generating graphical texts (e.g. maps, diagrams, charts, timelines, timetables).
• 1.03 Interpreting information presented in a variety of formats.
• 1.04 Reassembling information in a logical sequence and appropriate format.
• 1.05 Swaying opinion through an oral or written presentation.
• 1.06 Understanding and appreciating the interests and priorities of a person from another culture.
• 1.07 Utilizing computer software proficiently (e.g. electronic spreadsheet).
