Assessing Collaboration

Contribution to Discussion I contribute ideas and relevant information consistently and actively to the group discussions. I contribute to the group discussion. I contribute inconsistently to the group. I choose not to participate.
Responsibility I volunteer to complete tasks and to help my group members when they need it. I am careful with my work and complete my tasks on time. I complete my assigned tasks on time. I complete my assigned tasks with encouragement. I do not complete my assigned tasks.
Goals I help the group set meaningful goals and help create processes to meet our goals. I help my group set and meet goals.  I contribute sporadically in setting and meeting our goals. I get in the way of setting and meeting goals.
Cooperation with Group I share many ideas, build on the contributions of my peers, and contribute relevant information.    I share ideas when encouraged. I share ideas occasionally when encouraged. I do not like to share my ideas.
Respect I balance my listening and speaking, and carefully consider the ideas of my peers.   I allow all group members to share and listen to my peers’ ideas. I allow sharing by most group members and listen to others sometimes.  I often interrupt and do not listen when others are sharing.
Empathy I consider the feelings of my group members and encourage them to participate in the project in meaningful ways. I work to make the project an enjoyable experience for everyone.    I show sensitivity to other people’s feelings and ideas. I consider other people’s feelings and ideas sometimes. I am not considerate of others' feelings and ideas.
