The Silent Killer: Are we making the right choice?
Year/Form: Remove class, Health Education
The students study the contents of cigarette and its effects on the body, the reasons and consequences of smoking as they take the role of Health Officers. The students, teachers and parents are benefited when these young health officers take up the challenge to create awareness and suggest ways to quit smoking. They form a group “Tak nak rokok” (Say No to Cigarettes) to reach out to other students who need help.

Stability for Balance: Does stability matter to all?
Form 2, Science
Students assume the role of researchers to discover the importance and effects of stability in our lives. They investigate the relationship between centre of gravity and stability.  Students then create a multimedia presentation to deliver their discovery and investigation.

Entrepreneur: Jump-Start Your Success: How can individuals make a difference?
Form 2, Living Skills
"If You Think You Can, You Can", students explore the keys to successful entrepreneurs.  They analyse and evaluate the specific characteristics of entrepreneurs that distinguish them from others in the economy. With the mindset of entrepreneurship, students map out the basic decision to develop a business plan for their school canteen day.

Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy: How can we lead a better life?
Form 2 to Form 3, Science, Health Education
Young nutritionists study the eating habits and suggest a balanced diet for their peers. They press a warning bell about the grave problem of childhood obesity and serve as experts for controlling and preventing obesity in the school community. As nutritionists, students generate awareness about the importance of a balanced diet by sharing their study through wiki and distributing brochures during the "Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy" Campaign.

Travel to Malaysia: What makes a country unique?
Form 2 to Form 3, Civic and Nationality Education
Students as the Promotion Managers in the Department of Tourism are given the task to increase the number of tourists visiting Malaysia. Students will need to work out a tour plan to promote Malaysia as a tourist destination by making multimedia presentations highlighting on the rich culture, traditions, customs, religions and cuisine. The students will also prepare a brochure to promote tourism in Malaysia. The group with the best multimedia presentation and brochure get the opportunity to present it to the members of the Ministry of Tourism and go on a proposed tour as a prize for the contest sponsored by the Department of Tourism.

Statistics: Making Sense of Numbers: How do numbers influence our lives?
Form 3, Mathematics
Students explore the fundamental concepts of statistics and understand what statistics mean to them in their daily life. They choose an activity or a business in and around the school, find out how they can apply statistics to help improve their businesses and create multimedia presentations to present their findings.

Romeo and Juliet: Insight into Ourselves: How does literature help us better understand ourselves?
Form 4 to Form 5, Literature in English
Students use Romeo and Juliet to look at personal responsibility, an individual's freedom of choice, and the effect of one’s actions on others.

Water Pollution: How can I make this world a better place?
Form 4 to Form 5, Science
Young environmentalists study the state of rivers in Penang and participate in the national conference on “Save our Rivers” organized by the Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia. In preparation for this conference, students study the grave problem of water pollution in Penang. The young environmentalists suggest recommendations in the national conference for controlling water pollution and organize an awareness campaign in their state.

Come Rain or Shine: Are you prepared?
Year 4, English Language, Local Studies 
Are you prepared? Weather has a profound influence on human activities. Favourable weather is helpful while severe weather could be harmful and endanger human life. Students form a meteorologist team to study the weather of their area. They predict weather for the upcoming week and design a weather poster to increase their awareness on the preparation and adaptation to different weather conditions.

Creating a Better Place: How can I contribute to a better tomorrow?
Year 4, Science, Art Education
The year 4 students are the school recycling specialists and have a mission to promote the “3R” concept (Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce) in their school community. The school recycling specialists get together to set up a Reuse Centre in the school to make use of the solid waste (waste generated in their homes). They prepare a multimedia presentation to share information on recycling and a 3R wiki to create awareness about some simple ways for making the best out of waste.

Our National Hero: How can one live beyond one’s time?
Year 5, Local Studies
The students participate in the “Our National Hero” competition in the school. They undertake the task of conducting research about their national leaders and deciding on a leader to be their national hero. They share with their peers a multimedia presentation about their national hero and also a flyer justifying their choice during the final competition showcasing ceremony.
